<<<SALE + GIVEAWAY CLOSED>>>
I am loving nerding out on all of these ebooks. If I didn't have an adorable (see proof below) little to tend to, I could have seriously read all day today. Between spending time with Indy & cooking up some recipes from the ebooks, I only had time to read a few more. Seriously, this is such a crazy good deal. 33 ebooks, with a value of $479 for $39! If you are a nerd like me, that is some cheap entertainment!
<<<my most favorite recent photo of Indy. it captures her goofy personality perfectly. 6 months is such a fun age.>>>
<<<made the egg souffle from 30 Day Intro to Paleo for breakfast today. so easy & delicious. i loved how fancy it looked in little ramekins too. i am definitely making this the next time we have overnight guests!>>>
<<<made cumin-roasted carrots from Well Fed for lunch. delish! i prepped them all, but saved half to roast for dinner tomorrow.>>>
<<<i also made Well Fed's cinnamon beef stew with orange gremolata. i was about to skip the gremolata just because i was feeling lazy, but i am so glad i didn't. although, the stew is quite tasty on its own, the gremolata adds the perfect bright and light flavor.>>>
In Tuesday's post, I called out the 3 cookbooks that I was most excited about. As I have had time to read through more of the books, here are a few more that I am really enjoying.
- Restocking the Pantry - I am so excited about this one. I am the condiment queen (or at least I used to be). I definitely miss dipping my french fries into ranch, ketchup, & BBQ sauce, all in one sitting. I can't wait to make Kresh Faber's Real Ranch Dressing & Sweet & Tangy BBQ Sauce to pair with my duck fat french fries (recipe coming soon)!
- Freezer Cooking Guide - Now that I have an extra freezer & vacuum sealer, I'm looking forward to learning some tips & tricks about cooking in bulk.
- My Buttered Life (gift, baby & summer editions) - These books are loaded with DIY recipes for a variety of things - including, baby lotion, sunscreen & a bug repellent bar (which will be perfect for our upcoming vacation in Kauai!)
Click here, to order & download. For more details, read my post from Tuesday. Remember, the sale ends on Monday, January 14 @ 11:59 PM EST. So, get your wellness on ASAP!
Now, for the GIVEAWAY... It is a super easy one. You just have to share either this post or this one on facebook or twitter. Leave me a facebook or twitter comment, letting me know you did it. I'll draw a random winner on Tuesday AM. Good luck!
